Sunday Services
Sunday service starts at 10:00 am.
You may join us In-Person or online via Facebook Live at 10AM each Sunday.

Currently, because we are without a Parish Priest, two Sundays each month are Morning Prayer, led by our Deacon, Amy Larsen or one of our Parishioners.

Two Sundays each month, we are blessed to have either Fr. Edward Dondi of Contra Costa County or Canon Anna Carmichael visit and provide Eucharist.
Bible Study
Most Wednesdays, there is Bible Study in the Parish Hall Library, 11AM-1PM.

Weddings
St. James' Episcopal Church, established in 1859, offers those wishing to be married a wedding site in a beautiful 19th century setting.
The church is located in the heart of the historic gold rush town of Sonora, the county seat of Tuolumne County, California, which is situated in the Mother Lode at the foot of the Sierra Nevada range.
This location is ideal for hosting out of town guests.
